Call it the 8th Wonder of the World, but this smoothie is as delicious as it is healthy. It’s packed with magnesium and other essential trace minerals as well as potassium, protein, calcium, fiber, healthy fats and more, but tastes like a frozen chocolate caramel treat.
Chocolate Caramel Smoothie
1 cup almond milk, or milk of choice
10 cashews
1 frozen banana
2 pitted dates
2 TBSP raw cacao (I use Kids Epigenius, organic chocolate superfood powder for the kids)
Pinch of sea salt
